Bowl feeder

RNA drives with diameters from 100 - 800 mm, on which the special parts for orientation, made of cast aluminium or stainless steel in cylindrical or conical design, are mounted.

The advantage of this sorting is the careful handling of the goods to be transported and the possibility of ensuring correct orientation of complex components.

Although disc sorting units with rotating rings are suitable for high outputs and simple components, these frequently result in abrasion and injuries to the goods to be sorted. The alignment of the parts is performed through special parts for orientation which are installed in the sorting bowls and are usually made of CrNi steel.

The bowl feeder can be lined with different materials to protect the parts, to change the conveying characteristics and to lower the sound level of the bowl feeders.
